OMLConnect is our new web application. Connect to the dispatcher. Connect with your driver.
If you are a frequent user of O’Hare-Midway Limousine, then you know that the procedure for airport pickups can be frustrating at times. When you arrive at the airport and have retrieved your luggage, you call our toll-free number to let us know that you are ready to be picked up. With OMLConnect, we hope to alleviate some of the frustration.
With OMLConnect, everything is handled through our web application, no need to call anymore. Through the application, you will communicate directly with the dispatcher to let them know when you are ready. You can even communicate directly with your driver.
The following is a short tutorial on how to use OMLConnect:
On your smartphone, visit http://omlconnect.com. Those of you who already use our online reservation application, will use the same username and password. Those of you who have not yet signed up for online reservations, you can do so directly from the login page. Bookmark this page for ease of use in the future.
Once you have logged in, you will see a list of your upcoming reservations. Select the reservation that you want to use and then View it.
Don’t see your reservation listed? No problem, you can look it up by entering the reservation number in the search box at the top of the screen. Why wouldn’t your upcoming reservation already be listed? There are a couple of reasons this might happen; you didn’t make your reservation online or someone else made your reservation online using a different login. You will just need to verify some information before proceeding, namely the zip code of your destination.
Once your reservation is selected, you just click the Send My Car button to begin the process.
Check the box to confirm that you have retrieved your luggage. Verify that the terminal number listed is the terminal where you are. Verify the cell phone number we have on file is the one you are using. If we don’t have a cell phone number on file, you can enter it. Click the Notify button to let dispatch know that you are ready to go.
As soon as the dispatcher has assigned a car to you, you will see the following message. You will also see the Driver and Vehicle information. You can see this information at any time by clicking the Driver Info button. Messages to and from the dispatcher can be read by clicking the Messages/Alerts button at the bottom of the screen.
It’s that easy. Your car is on the way and if you need to communicate with the driver or the dispatcher, you can do so by clicking one of the Chat buttons.
