In the seventh and final part to this series, we will explore the Payment Information section.
The Payment Information section is where you indicate how you will be paying for the service. Depending on your circumstances, you may have up to four options for Payment Type; Cash, Credit Card, On Account or Prepaid Recurring.
Select ‘Cash’ if you intend to pay the chauffeur in the vehicle with cash. Select ‘Credit Card’ if you intend to pay in the vehicle with a credit card. The driver will swipe your card in the vehicle.
Select ‘On Account’ if you intend to pay with your O’Hare-Midway Preferred Account. You will only see the On Account option if you have an open Direct Bill account with O’Hare-Midway and you entered that information when you signed up for your username. If you require additional information for your Direct Bill Account, such as department number or costcenter, you can enter that information in the ‘Reference’ field. This field might be labelled something other than ‘Reference’, if your company has arraigned it with us.
Select ‘Prepaid Recurring’ if you have already set-up a credit card with us. If this is the case, you will have assigned a phone number to the credit card. It is important that you enter that phone number in the Pickup/Drop Off Phone field of the Pickup/Drop Off Location.
