If you are one of our many O’Hare-Midway direct bill account holders, you may not know that you can access your account information online. Many of you probably call our customer service number to check your balance or get a copy of an old invoice. This is not necessary if you use our online reservation site. Your direct bill account needs to be tied to your username, this is done when setting up your username and you will need your account number and billing zip code for verification.
There is a section at the top called appropriately, Accounting. Some of you may have already explored this section, but for those who haven’t let us take a look.
From the Accounting section, you can view, print, save and send past invoices or statements of account.
You can review any invoice back to 2004. In the Review Invoice area, select from the drop down list the invoice you wish to view.
If you select the “Review On-Line” radio buttong, then the chosen invoice will appear in a new window. This invoice is in PDF format and you can print it or save it. If you select the “Have Invoice Emailed to” radio button, the invoice will be emailed to the email address in the text field supplied.
If you wish to see your current balance, select the “Review Statement of Account”. The Statement of Account includes all open invoices, credit, debits, finance charges and unapplied payments. It is the same statement that is sent out at the beginning of the month.
